Heating Plant Partial Roof Replacement

For Heating Plant Partial Roof Replacement Work for the Project shall be accomplished by a Single Prime Contractor according to Pennsylvania statute and shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Replace approximately 2,600 square feet of existing low slope single ply roofing. Work includes but is not limited to, removal of the roof system and edge metal, roof top equipment removal and infill of unused roof deck openings and replacement of roof drains. Provide insulation, EPDM roof system and edge metal with a 20-year warranty. Alternate bids include EPDM roof system and edge metal with a 30-year warranty. Refer to documents for complete scope of Work. Work shall be accomplished by a Single Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute. The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the General Construction Contractor and shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all construction identified on the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the University.
