Winter Supply of Hot Mix Asphalt and Strip Patching Services The purpose of this document is to establish an Agreement between the selected Vendor(s) and the Consolidated City of Indianapolis and Marion County acting by and through its Department of Public Works, for both the purchase of winter supply of surface and intermediate hot mix asphalt during the Winter months of January 2023 to April 2023 when asphalt plants are not typically open for production, as well as for strip patching of streets, weather permitting, at any time from January 2023 through August 2023. The resulting agreement will be subject to the availability of funding and budgetary considerations. The City is accepting proposals from qualified professional individuals, firms, partnerships or corporations having specific experience in the production of hot asphalt mix and in the performance of asphalt strip patching of streets, as identified in this RFP. The City is interested in proposals that reduce cost, improve services and will complete work in a consistent professional manner. The proposal should reflect these qualities.
