Description | Project Title: Expand Electrical Distribution (Bid Build Services) Project Location: Lake City VAMC, 619 S. Marion Avenue, Lake City, FL 32025 Project Description: This procurement consists of demolition and replacement of electrical switchgears, transformers, generators, automatic transfer switches and installation of National Electrical Code (NEC) required three emergency circuits (Life Safety, Equipment and Critical) at the Lake City VA Medical Center in Lake City, FL. NAICS Code 237130 with $39.5M size standard. Product Service Code: N061. THIS ACQUISITION IS SET-ASIDE 100% FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) ONLY, UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF 38 U.S.C. PART 74. ANY PERSON(S) OR BUSINESS ENTITY SUSPECTED OF MISREPRESENTATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE SECURING A GOVERNMENT CONTRACT MAY BE CRIMINALLY INVESTIGATED AND PROSECUTED FOR FRAUD AGAINST THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT. Offerors must be registered in SAM (www.sam.gov) and VISIBLE/CERTIFIED in VetCert (https://veterans.certify.sba.gov) at the time of offer submission and prior to award to be considered an eligible SDVOSB concern. All Offerors must comply with all solicitation terms and conditions. SITE VISIT: An organized site visit has been scheduled.
