| Description | The Scope of Work to be performed for the Old Mill Repair shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and appurtenances for: Obtain all required permits Reconstruction of the west stone wall utilizing the existing stones. 1. Install new concrete foundation for west wall at excavation to existing grade. 2. Remove all loose stones on west wall, clean, replace, and repoint. 3. Repair cracks in south wall Repair of the damaged first and second floor wood framing and wood roof shingles Repair of the damaged wood framed doors, door sill, windows, and stairs at west wall Alternate #1 Place new cast-in-place concrete west wall foundation and rebuild stone west wall Alternate #2 - Repair and reset mill drivetrain. |
