Description

This contract consists of a base bid and alternate bids. The work consists of the installation of a new front entrance, steps, sidewalk and new ADA ramp at the Penndel Borough Hall. This includes the removal of existing features and maintenance of the existing porch overhang. Also included is new front door, landscaping, erosion & sedimentation controls, signage, grading, and railings.
