| Description | The project consists of the renovation of twenty-two (22) existing shower rooms and bathrooms (men and women). The renovation involves new floor and base finishes and shower enclosures, no changes are being made to the layout of the rooms. Ceiling, and wall finishes are to remain, as is MEP within the space. Plumbing fixtures and accessories will be removed and reinstalled as required based on the scope of work. All fixtures and accessories will be ligature proof and have tamper resistant hardware. The work will be completed in multiple phases to minimize the impact of construction to the facility’s operation. One shower room will remain in use per floor during construction. |
