Description

This Statement of Work (SOW) describes the technical requirements for a five-year Repair and Maintenance Service Contract for the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems identified in this document. The Contractor will be required to perform emergency and routine repairs, and scheduled periodic maintenance and operational checks on the herein described equipment in accordance with the instructions defined in this document. The goal of this contract is to maintain optimum equipment performance and reduce the likelihood of unexpected failures.
