WORK DESCRIPTION: City project no. 4023-0003 The work includes the construction of the following approximate quantities: 350 LF Remove Curb & Gutter 6880 SF Remove Concrete Walk 820 SF Remove Bituminous Pavement 6500 SF 4" Concrete Walk 350 LF Concrete Curb & Gutter - Design B618 COMPLETION OF WORK: All work under the contract must be completed by August 30, 2023. BID SECURITY: A bid bond in the amount of not less than 5% percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of the City of St. Louis Park, shall accompany each bid. OWNERS RIGHTS RESERVED: The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and the right to award the contract in the best interests of the city. City of St. Louis Park , in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 US.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or age in consideration for an award.
