Description | This project includes the site cleaning and fence removal, four tier bin block walls, single tier bin block walls, new cantilever gates, precast concrete steps, site grading and landscaping, signage and restoration work. Coordination with facility operations to reduce impact of this project is necessary. The bidder shall provide all material and labor necessary to complete the improvements as per the construction documents and specifications. The Contract will allow 90 calendar days for completion of the work from the notice to proceed. Online Bid Opening Info - Forty-eight (48) hours prior to the bid opening, both a telephone number with conference call access number to join the bid opening as well as a web link to join the live bid opening will be posted on the MCMUAs electronically Bid proposals must be accompanied by a bid security, by way of a certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand ($20,000) dollars, made payable to the Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority (MCMUA) Bidder Requirements: Bidder must comply with the requirements of NJSA 10:5-31 et seq., and NJAC 17:27.
