RFQ Design - Fire and Domestic Water Pump Renovation Design

Perform professional Architectural/Engineering consulting services for Fire & Domestic Water Pump Renovation. Project Design during the current (21-23) biennium. Bidding, Construction Administration and Closeout during 23-25 biennium. This project will be for the renovation of select Fire and Domestic water pumping equipment, valves, switch gear and controls in the existing Campus pumphouse building. In addition, this contract will include scope for building and system modifications to accept an Owner provided temporary rental power generator and demolition and replacement of the existing emergency power generator. The Evergreen State College has established voluntary MWBE Goals of 10% MBE and 8% WBE. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
