| Description | Removal of ail the existing roof panels to include the existing skylight panels (city will direct contractor where to put the old rood panels), replace all the roof panels with 12" PBR Panels that are 26 gauge and pricing to include furnishing all panels, screws, metal trim, boots, and wall flashing. Remove and replace all roof vents along the ridge of the roof. Rolled insulation to be used for roof panels to include all material and labor. Install 6" gutters to prevent water from splashing up onto the building. As an add alternate remove all the existing wall panels and replace them with 26 gauge PRB wall panels including all materials including Zac metal screws, trim around doors, completely enclose the walls of the existing building and labor |
