VERLOT Public Service Senter Grounds Maintenance

The purpose and intent of this solicitation is to secure Groundscaping Maintenance services for Verlot Public Service Center located in Granite Fall, Washington. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supplies (except those designated as Government- furnished) and supervision, services necessary to perform grounds maintenance. Location of the Service Center is at 33515 Mtn. Loop Highway, Granite Falls, WA 98252 in Snohomish County. Work will start from May 1st 2023 to September 30th, 2023 (and all following years). From May 1, to June 30, mow all lawns once a week, and weed eat around signs and picnic tables. From July 1, to September 30, mow all lawns, and weed eat around signs and picnic tables, once every 2 weeks. This project is 100% set aside for Small Business. This is a one-year contract with 4 Optional Years. Optional Years might be exercise depending on funding and on the quality of work that the company performs on the year prior.
