Des Moines Field House Playground Equipment Upgrade Project

Demolition, removal, and disposal of existing playground equipment; installation of new playground equipment and other appurtenances. Bond Accompanying Bid - to be executed by the Bidder and the surety company. The amount of this bond shall be not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid, including sales tax, if applicable, and may be shown in dollars or on a percentage basis. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in the bidding and to make the award as deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
