Ritter Library HVAC Replacement

Bids will be received by IAP, Government Services Group on 9/27/2022 at 12:00PM for OH2-22-0002. This project consists of removing and replacing 2 existing rooftop HVAC units and provide and install a unit or units to supply the libraries heating and cooling. This project is considered prevailing wage and tax exempt. The contractor shall provide all required supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the services described to remove and replace 2 existing rooftop HVAC units and provide and install a 10 Ton and 20 Ton unit., complying with any necessary external agency inspections/requirements to include but not limited to the following items and comply with all federal, state, and local governmental laws, regulations, codes and ordinances. All work will be completed in a workmanlike manner consistent with customary industry practices. Contractor shall ensure that the jobsite is cleaned up, and dispose of any debris at the end of every work day.
