Pressure Washing Services

To provide a comprehensive program that provides for the pressure washing of structures walkways, fencing, amenities and any other surfaces which may need cleaning in Martin County (County) owned or maintained parks, facilities or buildings. The Contractor shall perform complete pressure washing services. The work to be performed by the Contractor shall include, but is not limited to, the suppling of all equipment, tools, licenses, permits and all other accessories, services, facilities, activities and procedures necessary for: A. Pressure washing: This shall mean the professional application of a cleaning solution and pressurized hot or cold rinse water using specific industry procedures and standards to restore the original appearance of all surfaces and sites. B. Surfaces to be cleaned will include picnic areas, shelters, parking areas, sidewalks, buildings, dune crossovers, fencing, playground areas, water feature areas, swimming pool areas, amenities, bathrooms, boat ramps, docks, decks, bridges, signs, roofs and other surfaces that may be added as needed or not listed. C. Surface materials: Surfaces to be cleaned will be varying types. May include, but not limited to, concrete, tabby concrete, metal, plastic, wood, hard woods, glass, stucco, brick, and aluminum. D. The ability to clean using hot or cold water is mandatory.
