WCR 7 Water Transmission Pipeline Phase 3 Left Hand Water District 1

The Work to be performed under the provisions of these Bid Documents consists of the complete construction, including all Work appurtenant thereto, of the Weld County Road (WCR) 7 Water Transmission Pipeline Phase 3 project. This Work more specifically consists of the installation of approximately 6,730 lineal feet of 24-inch diameter steel treated water pipeline along WCR 7 between WCR 10 and the Arneson Tank site south of Erie Parkway/WCR 8. Pipeline installation work includes the trenchless installation of approximately 110 lineal feet of 36-inch diameter steel casing and 24-inch diameter carrier pipe across Erie Parkway. Pipeline installation work also includes approximately 425 lineal feet of 12-inch diameter C900 PVC treated water pipe. Pipeline appurtenances include isolation valves, fire hydrants, air and vacuum relief valve assemblies, blow off assemblies, and connections to existing distribution pipelines. Work will include all site preparation, erosion and sedimentation control, traffic control, pipeline construction, two (2) open-cut ditch crossings, installation of all associated appurtenances, site and road restoration, and dewatering as required. It is strongly recommended that the prospective bidders investigate the site of the Work sufficiently to satisfy themselves of the extent and conditions of the project.
