Department of Solid Waste Management's South Dade Landfill Gas System Expansion

Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, incidentals, and performing all work necessary to complete the project, in place and ready for service in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared for Miami-Dade County Department of Solid Waste Management's Gas Collection and Control System Expansion South Dade Landfill. The project’s scope is specialized work that includes the construction of a landfill gas extraction system. Major tasks include mobilization and demobilization of equipment, labor, and construction of temporary facilities; installation of LFG components, which include but are not limited to gas extraction wells, header pipes, lateral pipes, control valves, and condensate drains; installation of a blower/flare station and demolition of existing LFG control facilities; Surveying/Record Documentation. The Work shall be performed in strict accordance with the applicable requirements of the federal, state and local agencies having jurisdiction, and environmental observations.

Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing, Metal Decking.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
