Description

Consists of apartments spread across 8 buildings, amenity spaces in an attached clubhouse building and a standalone pool cabana building, with a complete sitework package including a pool and a dog park. The 8 buildings are comprised of (3) 4-story wood-framed buildings and (5) 2-story wood framed carriage houses with covered parking. The structure of all buildings is a concrete slab on grade with wood framing above including all shaft walls. The skin is a combination of brick veneer, fiber cement panels and siding, vinyl windows, and aluminum storefront. Roof assemblies include TPO, asphalt shingles, and standing seam. Sitework includes grading, utilities, site concrete, asphalt paving and striping, site amenities / furnishings, a dog park, a pool, and landscaping.
