Description

Work includes all major trades. The existing interior of rooms 103, 105, & 216 is to be demolished as indicated on drawings, including walls, doors, flooring, and portions of the mechanical and electrical systems. The new work includes raising the existing first floor suspended acoustical tile ceilings, relocation of mechanical and electrical systems and reconfiguration of sprinkler pipes above raised ceilings, installation of wood framed walls, wood doors with hollow metal frames, wall and base cabinetry, connection of plumbing fixtures into existing plumbing lines, application of thin-set stone veneer, and installation of carpet tile and vinyl tile. Mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems typical of office buildings are also required.
