| Description | Remove and replace existing microwave radio links. Between (1) Pohakuloa Training Area (PTA) to Mauna Loa Observatory (MLO) and (2) Mauna Loa Observatory (MLO) to Humuula. The servicer will procure, install, test and document, the microwave link on the Big Island of Hawaii. The link will provide connectivity between the land mobile radio repeater and console sites and the Land Mobile Radio - Hawaii (LMR-HI) master site. Competent and qualified personnel must provide services. |
