Description

Construct a pocket park within an approximately 100 ft x 100 ft area. The project involves all labor, equipment and materials to redevelop the existing parking lot into a downtown pocket park. The work includes but is not limited to selective site demolition, grading, and supply and installation of permeable pavers, landscaping, seating wall, concrete flatwork, concrete curbing, and various site amenities.
