| Description | Forks Community Hospital, is updating its Small Works Roster. Applicants must be licensed contractors in the State of Washington. The District will use the Small Works Roster to award contracts for public works in an amount up to $300,000.00. The District shall invite proposals from all appropriate contractors on the Small Works Roster. The contract will be awarded to the contractors submitting the lowest responsible proposal. Applicants must be submitted on forms prepared by the District.
