Professional Architectural and Engineering Services for the Five Site SY2023-24 Multi-System Group 1 Capital Renewal Project

A Multi-System Capital Renewal project for five sites: Columbia ES located at 650 E River Falcons Way Orlando Florida 32833, Moss Park ES located at 9301 N Shore Golf Club Blvd Orlando Florida 32832, Stone Lakes ES located at 15200 Stoneybrook Blvd Orlando Florida 32828, Vista Lakes ES located at 6050 Lake Champlain Dr Orlando Florida 32829, and West Creek ES located at 5275 S Orange Blossom Trl Orlando Florida 32837. Major elements of the project include: 1. Replace Modified Bitumen Roofing System (all sites except West Creek ES) 2. Repair/Replace existing Lightning Protection system (all sites) 3. Replace Fire Alarm System / Intercom Systems/Intrusion Detection System (all sites except Stone Lakes ES and West Creek ES) 4. Renovation of the campus building heating, ventilation and air conditioning system (all sites except Columbia ES) 5. Replace BAS System and existing exterior pole mounted luminaires with LED (Columbia ES only) 6. Paint exterior doors and frames and clean and seal brick veneer (Stone Lakes ES only) 7. Replace Gutters and Downspouts (West Creek ES only) Each campus will remain occupied during design and construction. LDB participation goal for this project is 10%. VBE goal is 3%.
