Enviro Monitor Control Sys & Intrusion Detection Sys CN

The existing EMCS/IDS system uses an AdvM2 software and web interface which monitors approximately 200 igloo magazines and the Rocket Motor Transfer Facility (RMTF) with a Remote Monitoring Station (RMS) in building 16. The scope of this project/service shall consist of the contractor maintaining and operating the existing EMCS/IDS/HMI and replacing input/output devices, as needed, to provide a fully functional and operating system. The contractor may be required to remove and replace proprietary devices (Balanced Magnetic Switches (BMS), temperature sensors, humidity sensors, etc.). Where possible these devices shall be used as is. The existing conduits, wiring and data radio system will be used and not replaced unless specifically required by the proposed system, or non-compliance with Army Regulations (AR) 190-11 or AR 380-5. Security shall have primary responsibility to monitor and respond to IDS alarms. After hours environmental alarm response shall be managed through an automated callout feature of the system. Camp Navajo will operate under a budgeted yearly amount for these services. Contractor will complete as many igloo locations, if required, as this budget will allow. Remaining locations, as required, will be completed in subsequent years.
