Description A. Eastgate Neighborhood Center, 4200 Quail Hollow Drive, Raleigh, NC B. Powell Drive Neighborhood Center, 740 Powell Drive, Raleigh NC C. Ralph Campbell Neighborhood Center, 756 Lunar Drive, Raleigh NC The Project consists of three site specific design solutions, however conceptually the scope of work consists of the following major items: Project scope will include the demolition and renovation of interior spaces, specifically modifying the restrooms, multi-purpose rooms, secondary programmatic and support spaces to account for the ever-growing needs of the neighborhoods. Alterations will also include interior finish upgrades, and upgrades to plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems throughout. Note: Powell Drive and Eastgate Neighborhood Centers each have asbestos and lead containing materials present for which a full report by Matrix Health & Safety Consultants, LLC has been included in this project manual. It will be the sole responsibility of the City of Raleigh to remediate each of these sites and clear them of asbestos and lead containing materials prior to the contractor’s entry onto the premises.
