| Description | Complete removal and legal disposal of the existing roofing membrane, fiberboard and 3/4 IN rigid insulation and related components down to the existing roof deck. Remove and legally dispose of all set 2 IN rigid insulation and deteriorated metal deck below wet areas. Provide 1/4 IN foot tapered rigid insulation and single-ply membrane roofing. Provide metal deck, base layer of insulation and 1/4 IN foot tapered insulation and single-ply membrane in areas of wet insulation and deck removal. Provide blocking, aluminum fascia, ladders, roof draings, and roofing system components. The work shall include cleaning existing roofing membrane and providing a roofing coating over portions of the 10th Street Facility. Asbestos abatement will occur in areas of the secondary center auditorium low roof. |
