Painting, Cove Base Replacement and Installation of Shelving at 5 Resource Center Clinic Locations

1 - Removal of cove base molding (baseboards) along bottom of all walls at floor and replace with new cove base (color chosen by VDH) 2 - Bidder /contractor to move any furniture or items near walls to the center of each room in order to fully paint at least two coats of paint each wall at all 5 sites. 3 - Painting of all interior walls with a light grey, semi-gloss paint (color chosen by VDH) Bidder to provide paint and labor at all 5 sites. 4 - Painting of all applicable interior trim and doors with a white, semi-gloss paint. Bidder to provide paint and labor at all 5 sites. 5 - Painting of all applicable interior ceilings with a white, flat paint. Bidder to provide paint and labor at all 5 sites. 6 - Installation of wood or metal shelving with metal support brackets (locations, sizes and numbers of shelves provided by VDH). Bidder to provide all materials needed at the Fairfield and Whitcomb sites.
