Supplemental Electrical Services

The County requires the services of licensed electricians and apprentices to assist County electricians with electrical work. The majority of work performed by the contractor will be scheduled small and large projects with County personnel handling most emergency situations. The first hourly rate is to include labor, consumable materials and supplies, overhead, supervision, mileage, travel time, and truck charge necessary or incidental to providing electrical services. No fees or charges shall be invoiced outside of this rate, with the exception of supplies or materials for projects other than those specifically identified in solicitation which shall be invoiced at cost plus the percentage indicated on the bid for overhead. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to perform electrical services as required by the County. All work shall be performed with any and all applicable building and electrical codes. All workers shall be holders of valid Oregon electrical licenses, as required for work performed. Contractor shall provide a lead electrician for each project with a minimum of five (5) years Journeyman experience. The County reserves the right to supply or specify materials, equipment and subcontractors. The County also reserves the right to reject any materials determined to be unsatisfactory in quality, performance and/or content.
