Description

Plans call for the conversion of the former Pier 1 Headquarters Building into a new city hall facility. The existing building is 20-stories and 409,977 square feet. Certain floors are currently occupied and those leases will be honored and work will not begin on those floors at this time. The tower started construction January 2023, the Chambers building does not have a firm construction start date, as permits are pending as of April 28, 2023. There is also a separate Chambers project which will be a 25,000 square foot, 2-story building that will be added onto a side of the existing 20-story tower building and used for council meetings and public meetings/gatherings. Please break out pricing for the Tower & Chambers separately. Please direct all inquiries to the construction manager. On behalf of the City of Fort Worth, Linbeck Group, LLC, is requesting proposals for City of Fort Worth Future City Hall - Bid Package #2 (BP-02) Tower & Chambers Mechanical and Electrical RFQ/P.
