Theater Drive Access Improvements

Part 1 Part Name: Theater Drive Access Improvmemts - PE Project Description: This assignment part will involve those tasks necessary to perform and complete the engineering and support documentation for the environmental studies to obtain an approved NEPA document to advance the project through final design for the improvements necessary to construct the Theater Drive Access Improvements Project. This assignment part will also involve those tasks necessary to perform and complete final design.Design tasks will include but not be limited to Supplemental Field Surveys, Utility Investigation, Drainage Design, Line and Grade and Typical Sections, Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan, Safety Review, Design Field View, Project Management and Coordination and any other tasks required to establish the projects footprint used to define the environmental clearance while advancing the project through final design and project letting.Project oversight is to be provided by PennDOT with initial agency coordination and involvement with project stakeholders as needed.Consultant will provide continued agency coordination and attendance at any public forums or other project development meetings as needed. Part 2 Part Name: Theater Drive Access Improvmemts - FD Preparation of a design that satisfies all environmental mitigation measures and includes but is not limited to the following engineering tasks: Supplemental Surveys, Cross-Sections, Utility Engineering, Final Roadway Design, Final Plan Check, CPM/Constructability Review, Project Management and Coordination, Plans and Specification and Estimate Submission (PS&E) in ECMS for a project letting.Project oversight is to be provided by PennDOT with initial agency coordination and involvement with project stakeholders as needed.Consultant will provide continued agency coordination and attendance at any public forums or other project development meetings as needed. Part 3 Part Name: Theater Drive Access Improvmemts - CC This assignment part will involve those tasks necessary to perform and complete consultation for construction of the Theater Drive Access Improvements Project, Allegheny Township, Blair County. Following the project letting, the consultant will be responsible for bid tabulation and review, Award recommendation, organize and attend the pre-construction conference, perform shop drawing reviews and approval, alternate design reviews, construction consultation and inspection, and other engineering services necessary to assist the contractor and the District Construction Unit. Part 4 Part Name: Theater Drive Access Improvmemts - CI Project oversight is to be provided by PennDOT with initial agency coordination and involvement with project stakeholders as needed.Consultant will provide continued agency coordination and attendance at any public forums or other project development meetings as needed.
