Description

Project involves the removal of the existing bridge deck, repair of abutments and installation of a new two-lane bridge deck. Remove existing bridge deck Repair abutments to accept 24’ roadway with fascia mounted AOT guard rail system Widen approaches for new bridge deck width Repair abutment as needed and remove and replace deteriorated concrete Install new approach guard rail Pave approaches 4’ (2 ½” base 1 ½” top) include new approach width of 24’ and 25’ long and to route 12A intersection. Existing waterway opening must be maintained with new deck Road can be closed for 45 day maximum (May-September)
