| Description | To provide demolition and removal services related to the Irving Pool rebuild project. he Work is the complete demolition and removal of the Irving Park pool and pool bathhouse; this includes backfill, compaction, regrading and restoration of the pool and bathhouse footprint and the adjacent site. Incidental work includes erosion and sediment control, removal of existing utilities, installation of a small amount of new stormwater piping and a new manhole. The adjacent park facilities are to remain open and safe for public use during the entirety of operations on site. |
