RFP D/B - Menehune Ditch Improvements

The scope of work consist of furnishing and installing HDPE pipe including all labor, equipment, and other incidentals to satisfactorily complete improvements to the Menehune Ditch. Due to the nature of work contemplated, bidders must possess a valid State Contractors license, classification A. Interested Offerors shall submit their questions on HIePRO before the deadline of Thursday, April 20, 2023, 2:00 p.m. Furnish and install HDPE pipe including all labor, equipment, and other incidentals to satisfactorily complete design build improvements to the Menehune Ditch. The project site is situated on the island of Kauai in Waimea. The work consists of furnishing and installing HDPE pipe including all labor, equipment, and other incidentals to satisfactorily complete improvements to the Menehune Ditch. Due to the nature of work contemplated, bidders must possess a valid State Contractors license, classification A. General Conditions - AG-008, latest revision shall be made part of the specifications. Questions regarding RFQ 23-200-030 shall be submitted electronically via HIePRO and answers will be posted as stated in this solicitation. Interested Bidders are responsible for keeping informed of Addenda to this solicitation. The contract will be for 1 year from the official notice to proceed. The ADC reserves the option of extending this contract accordingly to complete the work. The estimated cost of the scope of work is $500,000. The award of the contract, if it be awarded, will be subject to the availability of funds. Submission of a bid shall be evidence that the Bidder understands the scope of the project and shall comply with specifications as written.
