Dredging of the Spring Valley Barto Landing

Bids are invited for quantities of work including but not limited to approximately: 1,450 cubic yards of dredging. Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Contract Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and may obtain copies of the Contract Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Contract Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Contract Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Contract Documents are available in electronic format (as PDF files) for no charge, by request to the POC. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the Hall Township Relief Office, negotiable U.S. Government bonds (at par value) or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project, and that the Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. The Hall Township Relief Office reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Hall Township Relief Office for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract.
