Castlerock - Phase 2, consists of concrete roadway improvements along Castlerock Drive and at the intersections of Springfield Drive and Clearview Avenue. Improvements consist of removal of existing concrete pavement, reset manholes and valve boxes, replacement of 8-inch concrete pavement per CDOT standards, concrete jointing, and asphalt patching.
