Description

The selected contractor shall provide HVAC and refrigeration maintenance and repair services at various buildings around the Fairgrounds. This shall include all labor, materials and equipment necessary to maintain, repair, adjust and calibrate all air-conditioning, refrigeration, heating and ventilation systems, and related HVAC equipment on the Fairgrounds.
