| Description | The Town of Windham is inviting bids from qualified individuals or companies, acting singularly or in consortium, for the installation of a solar photovoltaic (PV) system at the Nesmith Library located at 8 Fellows Road, Windham, NH 03087. We anticipate a Purchase Power Agreement with a Buyout option although the Town is open to alternative financial arrangements. The Library has used approximately 117,000 KWH with a maximum Demand of 42 KW for each of the past two years. The Town is interested in the most cost-effective installation available with the most up-to-date photovoltaic (PV) technology. The Proposal shall include Buyout cost, costs for self-generated and grid-purchased electricity, grid connection costs, maintenance and warranty/insurance costs. | ||
