| Description | As per the Owner the project has been cancelled. Editorial Content Team is actively seeking updated information. Estimated Magnitude of proposed acquisition is more than $10,000,000 NAICS: 237310 SIZE STANDARD: $39.5M This is a Request for Proposal (RFP). A public bid opening will not be held. SITE VISIT: Site visits will be scheduled, although worksites cannot be determined prior to award of the basic contract. The site visit will allow interested firms to observe the general road constructions and site conditions. SEED TASK: Upon award of the IDIQ, the Government reserves the option to award the Seed Task to meet the minimum ordering requirement. Note 1: Hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided. The documents may be found and downloaded at //www.Sam.gov. Note 2: "Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs." Note 3: The insurance required for FAR52.228-5 shall be IAW FAR 28.310. Note 4: Any prospective offeror desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation or associated documents must request so in writing no later than ten (10) days prior to the closing date. Any and all costs incurred by a prospective offeror as a result of this solicitation are entirely at the offeror's own risk. Note 5: An award prior to 30 September 2022 would require the contractor to begin performance within 90 days of award date in order to meet Bona Fide Need. Note 6: Solicitation deadline is 6 May 2022. Responses are due no later than 2:00 PM EST *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
