| Description | Technical Requirements: Suggested Equipment The objective of this procurement is to replace the existing marquee at Hampton VA Medical Center with a new marquee Sign. Provide all labor and equipment to upgrade electronic marquee and software. Systems to include: Ability to control via Cloud/app. 16 mm line spacing. Communication options text, graphics, 3D graphics, logo, basic animation, video clips, data, LED Full Color, 60 Frames per second, 1,200 hertz refresh. integration, multiple font styles and sizes. Display dimming ability through automatic, scheduled or manual control. Single sided (One-sided) Display. Surface-mounted LEDs. Single-step module removal. disconnecting 120-volt, 60-amp source and reconnecting the same source. Install will include end user training. Warranty on labor, and parts. Warranty on LED components, and LED cabinet. Finished frame with the ability to scroll messages, along with images and video. 3 feet 5 inches in by 9 feet 8 inches feet in width physical size.
