Description

Work consists of, but is not limited to, the replacement of the HVAC system in the 1931 and 1995 wings along with associated fire detection systems, and the relocation/replacement of the existing chillers. The Work shall include, but not be limited to, selective demolition, finishes, HVAC and fire detection.
