Park 840 Water Pump Station Electrical and Mechanical Modifications

The scope of work generally consists of the replacement of two (2) existing pumps and furnishing two (2) new pumps and motors and accompanying Variable Frequency Drives for the water pump station. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all Bids. The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond. Failure to pay the plan deposit and obtaining Contract Documents from locations other than Hethcoat & Davis, Inc. will result in Bidder not being considered and Bid will not be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all Bids. All Bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon.
