Repair three (3) single family residential homes. The purpose for these repairs is to make ready for occupancy. This work shall include turnkey repair services by licensed contractors for all labor and material. 108 Rodney Street, Moore, SC 29316: 1. Re-roof house with 30-year Architectural shingles 2. Replace any rotten or damaged roof sheathing 3. Pressure wash exterior of house 4. Remove and Install 7 energy efficient windows 5. Install 4 exterior doors 6. Install 2 all glass storm doors 7. Remove any remaining rotten floor joist and beams through the house 8. Install new floor joist if needed 9. Remove all debris from crawl space and house 10. Install connection for washer and dryer in hall closet 11. Remove exterior bathroom window frame in wall and install vinyl siding and interior drywall 12. Install 2-ton HVAC split system with gas furnace and new duct work 13. Remove existing plumbing and re-plumb kitchen and bathrooms per county code 14. Install waterline for refrigerator 15. Install 3- or 4-piece tub shower 16. Install one 30” vanity with mirror in the bathroom 17. Install one ADA toilet in bathroom 18. Install 12’ of wall cabinets and 12’ of base cabinets 19. Install laminate countertops in kitchen 20. Remove 3-feet of interior wall framing and extend 6-feet of interior wall to kitchen into dining room area 21. Install insulation (R-19 Floors; R-15 Walls; R-38 Attic) 22. Install vapor barrier in crawl space 23. Install attic access 24. Install wire shelving in all closets 25. Install new interior doors, baseboard, and shoe molding 26. Install ½” Sheetrock throughout entire house 27. Paint entire house with flat paint 28. Paint doors and trim with semi-gloss paint 29. Rewire entire house to code and install all new LED lighting 30. Install ceiling fans with lights in living room and all bedrooms 31. Install two flush mount lights in kitchen 32. Install vanity light in bathroom and ventilation fan 33. Install ¾” tongue and groove subfloor throughout entire house 34. Install luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout entire house 35. Install gutters and splash blocks 36. Repair and replace any damage soffit, fascia, and freeze board 37. Install vinyl vented soffit 38. Wrap fascia and freeze board with white metal flashing 39. Install cable drops in bedrooms and living room (4 drops) 40. Install drop for internet connection in living room and one bedroom of choice 41. Install 2 pair of vinyl shutters 42. Remove railings on front porch and install vinyl rails 43. Remove broken concrete stoop and pour a 4” concrete front porch 44. Remove and install new steps on the front and side of house 45. Install vinyl handrails for new steps front 46. Remove rear exterior steps and install 10’ x 8’ pressure treated deck 47. Include temporary power hookup and porta john 48.
