Specifications for Transmission Oversight Services

Bidder shall provide transmission oversight services for the construction and maintenance of Florida Keys Electric Cooperative (FKEC) transmission line and substation facilities. Bidder should be able to mobilize services to the FKEC service territory. The scope of these services will involve cooperation with FKEC in the documentation and validation of work performed by the construction and/or maintenance contractor. The successful oversight bidder should have experience in working with FEMA on these types of projects and will be required to work with FKEC to develop and implement a process that collects and reports appropriate data that FKEC submits to FEMA for reimbursement of work. Additionally, the oversight bidder will be responsible for providing services as needed for proper completion of the project. The contract will be for a three-year term and may extend for a two-year term if agreed to by both parties.
