Midtown - Landscape and Field Maintenance Services

The Midtown Management District seeks a contractor to furnish all personnel and equipment required to provide landscape maintenance services. The Midtown Management District is simultaneuosly issuing an Invitation to Bid on two (2) separate and distinct Services and Maintenance projects each dated the same as the date hereof; Responders may submit a bid on any one or both of the following projects: 1. Baldwin & Glover Parks Landscape Maintenance; 2. Field Maintenance Services. The deadline to ask questions is 11/08/2022 2:00 PM CST The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive formalities or irregularities in bidding. In case of lack of clarity in stating prices, the OWNER reserves the right to consider the most advantageous interpretation thereof, or reject the Bid.
