The project scope includes the new construction of two 40,500-square-foot and a 94,500-square-foot warehouses. As of January 19, 2023 the project is in planning stage and seeking large scale development plan approval from the City of Rogers. Plan revisions are underway. The city Planning Commission has approved a conditional use permit. Information regarding the architect, general contactor and method of selection has not been disclosed.
