Installation of a new 15KW 120/240 Volt Generator for Angelina Building #504 at 2100 Preston Richmond TX 77469. 1. Verify and record current phase rotation and voltage. 2. Lockout, Tagout and disconnect power source to Generator. 3. Remove existing Generator and place at location designated by the Facility. 4. Unload and set new 15KW 120/240 Volt Generator with the following features. WP sound attenuated level 2 steel enclosure rated 200MPH Minimum 1yr. from installation warranty on Generator and ATS Onsite start-up and test by costumer services 5. Ground Generator. 6. Reconnect existing power cable. 7. Reconnect 120V for charger and heater. 8. Install new control conduit from Generator to ATS. 9. Remove existing remote annunciator and cabling. 10. Install new cables. 11. Install and test new remote annunciator and cabling. 12. Install by-pass cable. 13. Remove existing Generac ATS. 14. Install new ATS. 15. Remove by-pass cable. 16. Install 2 emergency stop buttons, one at annunciator and one outside of the enclosure. 17. Install new fuses in main disconnect. 18. Test all equipment for proper operation using building load. 19. Perform 4hr. on site load bank and provide copy of results to Facility. 20. Schedule building department inspection. 21. All work is to be performed during normal business hours.
