Soapstone Valley Creek Bed Sewer Rehabilitation Project

Work includes: 1. Rehabilitate approximately 6,200 linear feet (LF) of sanitary sewer pipes with CIPP. 2. Repair or rehabilitate 29 defective manholes. 3. Provide Asset Protection of exposed sanitary sewer pipes and manholes at six (6) sites utilizing rock cascades, riffle grade controls, pools, cross vanes, rock sills, and imbricated rock walls. 4. Provide erosion prevention (i.e. bank stabilization and min. of 12-inches of soil or streambed cover over exposed pipes). 5. Rehabilitate storm water outfall area, F-117. 6. Remove 30-50 ft. of the exposed structure. 7. Install a new gate. 8. Install rock cascade structure. 9. Rehabilitate storm water outfall area, F-140. 10. Install two (2) step pools 11. Install rock cascade structure. 12. Provide stream rehabilitation, bank stabilization, stream improvements. 13. Provide temporary stating areas to be used for lining equipment and setup vehicles. 14. Provide Four (4) Heavy Equipment (HE) access path entrances to the park. Place geotextile, mulch, wooden mats, and super silt fencing along access paths. 15. Provide bypass pumping of sanitary sewer. 16. Provide temporary stream bypass to maintain the clear water flow of Soapstone Creek
