| Description | This project is for the replacement of the (3) overhead doors and widening the brick opening from 12’ to 14’ wide. (2) of the overhead doors will be 14’ Wide by 12’ high and (1) will be 14’ wide by 14’ high. The project includes the masonry work, the electrical work needed to bring adequate power to the three doors and door openers. The (12) safety bollards & associated concrete will also have to be reinstalled for the widening of each door inside and outside of the garage. Each bay door will be equipped with an overhead door, commercial grade hoist operator, commercial grade pneumatic cord reel & commercial grade electric sensing edge at the bottom of each door. |
