| Description | The Chicopee Housing Authority (CHA) invites sealed bids from Contractors for the replacement of locksets and locking cylinders on apartment doors and common area doors at the 667-8 Birch Bark Place Apartments in Chicopee. The work is estimated to cost $60,000. DCAM certification is not required. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.l49 44A-J and to state minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive.
