Civic Center 16th Floor Information Technology Renovation General Construction (GC)

Information Technology Renovation - GC Location : 421 Montgomery Street, Syracuse, NY 13202 Onondaga County Department of Information Technology (IT) is renovating the 16th Floor of the Civic Center. The scope of work includes ceiling grid modifications from a 5'x5' grid to a 2'x2' while maintaining the existing building systems, gypsum drywall assembly of the kitchenette and copier area, painting, and general cleaning. General Contractor to coordinate work with Owner's Trades and other Contractors. The project is divided into two phases. Phase One consists of the 16th West Side (9127 SF) and Bridge (147 SF), and Phase Two consists of the 16th East Side (1041 SF.)
